Getting it all done can be quite overwhelming at this time of year. I have a great resource for you. Heather of The House Proud is available to help you Deck the Halls! She will come to your home, use your things and help your put it all together. Let Heather breathe some new life into your decor. Many times all it takes is a good eye and a little creativity to see things differently. Call me at REfind and I can put you in contact with Heather or stop by the shop tomorrow to speak to her yourself!

Church Street is Hopping Today!
Thank you to all of the customers who are doing their part for Small Business Saturday here on Church Street. It has been busy since I opened the door this morning. Also, if you are in town tomorrow night join in the Holiday Stroll. It is an annual event on Church Street. Just the thing to get you in the Holiday Spirit!

Oh YES WE DID!
I threatened to put some pumpkins on the Christmas tree. So yes, there are pumpkins tucked into the branches of the tree. I love the result!
I am definitely from the "use what you have" school of decorating. Having some left over Cinderella pumpkins became the design inspiration for the tree this year. I knew we had the beautiful acorn ornaments as well as some acorn branches so it was easy to work the pumpkins into the tree.
Of course if I were doing this tree for my home it would have more layers. Maybe some pheasant feathers, picks of fall leaves and some dried gourds. I love the mix of textures, color and scale.
No rushing to Christmas here, just a gentle transition.

It's Beginning to Look alot like Christmas!
But not before we all enjoy Turkey Day. My elves and I have been very busy transforming REfind with many finds, both old and new, just in time for the start of the shopping season.
Consignments have been very brisk this last few weeks as people prepare their homes for the season. All sorts of curious items have been brought to the shop recently. Just today a pair of very modern alabaster lamps arrived. They are heavy and absolutely gorgeous! They can be yours for a fraction (try half) of what they were when purchased new. Not a speck of dust or wear on these beauties.
Themes in the shop this year are varied from vintage tinsel glam to rustic red and green. The tree which we have yet to decorate will be a mix of rustic and shiny. Who knows we may even throw a few pumpkins onto the tree for an eclectic mix. It is always fun to experiment.
So, are you getting ready? What style will yours be this year? Have fun and enjoy the process!

Make me an offer I can't refuse, please!
All good things must come to an end. And this sweet set really needs a good home. So, feel free to make me an offer on the whole set or just one piece...whatever works for you.
